THERE’S ENERGY BUILDING ON THIS SIDE OF TOWN.

As part of Grand Rapids’ $116 million riverfront revitalization project, a 12,000-capacity amphitheater has been announced which will serve as the anchor for a mixed-use development on 20 acres along the Grand River—a short walk from Factory Yards.

This will foster more connectivity in the area and will further serve to enhance the district we are helping to create.
